[Datagrid] In column formatting, allow sequence of "Series" cell colors

Feature Request

Description of Problem:

The "Series" column formatting feature allows for selection of a single color, which the initial series entry uses, and the subsequent entries are based upon. Perspective's choices for other colors in the series may not be preferred by the user.

Potential Solutions:

• Allow user to add more colors that Perspective will use for series entries.
• Stretch goal: if multiple colors are chosen, provide an option to choose the behavior when there are more entries than colors provided, either A) rotating through the given colors or B) creating new colors procedurally (i.e. the current behavior).
