Update the description of Dockerhub repositories

Update the description/overview of our Dockerhub repositories.

Description of Problem:

Our DockerHub repositories do not have any description/overview. It will be helpful to users to include some description/overview as to what the repository is about.

The Golang and OpenJDK repositories are good examples :

• https://hub.docker.com/_/golang/?tab=tags&page=1&ordering=last_updated
• https://hub.docker.com/_/openjdk

Potential Solutions:

This can be automation like https://github.com/peter-evans/dockerhub-description .

Even a one time update will be good first start.
