When executing a query with optional parameters, users can't pass in an empty array for optional parameters.

For supporting optional parameters execution, an empty array should be available for all types.

An empty array ? That's more of an implementation detail on our side. From the user's point of view, they aren't setting that value. So maybe have an option to not set that parameter and that translates to an empty array.
