Unable to visit or install @finos/git-proxy-plugin-samples mentioned in the documentation

Describe the bug Documentation suggested Git Proxy example plugin: @finos/git-proxy-plugin-samples doesn't work.

While installing it using npm locally fails.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Plugins Section
2. Click on @finos/git-proxy-plugin-samples
3. Npm doesn't recognize

In CLI:

npm install -g @finos/[email protected]  # as suggested in documentation

# throws error

Expected behavior To see the npm package and be able to install it locally.

Additional context Looks like the documentation must be updated with the appropriate URLs.
