Proposal from @rocketstack-matt (Matt Bain from Morgan Stanley) - create a new working group "Architecture as Code"with @rocketstack-matt (Matt Bain from Morgan Stanley) as the working group lead. Matt Bain will also join the DevOps SIG as the SIG co-lead
