Cardinality of stubPeriodType - Changed cardinality of stubPeriodType from 0..1 to 0..2

Background

The cardinality of stubPeriodType should be changed from 0..1 to 0..2. Having a multiplicity of 2 will allow the possibility of expressing the type for both an initial and final stub at the same time.

What is being released?

Changed the cardinality of stubPeriodType from 0..1 to 0..2.
