New ContractualDefinitionsEnum value to support the 2022 ISDA Verified Carbon Credit Transactions Definitions

We'd like to request a new value to the ContractualDefinitionsEnum to support the 2022 ISDA Verified Carbon Credit Transactions Definitions.

Currently, the ContractualDefinitionsEnum doesn't support the reference to the ISDA VCC transaction definitions.

The new proposed value is ISDA2022VerifiedCarbonCredit in line with the existing values. The annotation would be: ISDA 2022 Verified Carbon Credit Transactions Definitions.

Since the proposal is the addition of a new value to an existing enumeration, the proposal is backward compatible.
