Operand type additions for Spread and others

Additional operand types are needed for Spread, BorrowFee, MarkUpDown, VenueExecutionFee, ClearingFee and Tax Added Spread, BorrowFee, MarkUpDown, VenueExecutionFee, ClearingFee, Tax and other enums to PriceOperandEnum.

Also added Yield to PriceTypeEnum.
