Actions From Last Time

➡️ ACTION: @Alexstpierrework, @smendis-scottlogic and @jared-lambert to work on prioritisation, genericising the names and removing items that we've already done (e.g. Azure Cosmos DB is an RDBMS, which is defined already).

Working Group Updates

Duplication Reduction

Working on analysis of:

• OSCAL
• Mitre Enginuity
• CDMC

@jared-lambert thinks this is lower priority than the AI-Readiness / CCC use case work stream, so the focus is going into that at the moment.

There's a workshop in NYC in a couple of weeks with AI Readiness at Microsoft, preparing for that.

Taxonomy

@smendis-scottlogic trying to find more resources to work with on this. Asking ScottLogic for help.
@eddie-knight is incorporating outputs from the taxonomy group into the delivery structure.

Security

• Various open issues including specifying Gherkin structure, test definitions, test requirements for RDBMS and Object Storage.
• @iMichaela has been reviewing the use of OSCAL in the project, lots of suggestions in the last meeting.

What Needs Doing In CCC? (In the next 3 weeks)

Services

• List of services (see https://github.com/finos/common-cloud-controls/issues/313#issuecomment-2291633660)
• Taxonomy entry for each service
• Evaluate the features that are present on each cloud service, identify common features, work on an abstracted, common definition of those features and capture in a taxonomy document.
• On Taxonomy: perhaps 2 new taxonomies completed RDBMS, Object Storage, KMS, (Generic RAG LLM Service). 4 would be good for an OSFF demo.
