[REQUEST] Research creating a Figma plugin for Accessbility checking

Suggestion/Concern

Discussed with @lwnoble. We wonder at the possibility of leveraging the Theme Builder SDK to create a Figma plugin that would be capable of warning the designer if they were creating an inaccessible design.

This would be particularly applicable to the scenario where a designer used Theme Builder to build a design system, imported it into Figma and the designer decides to make changes in Figma as their design matures.
