Problem/Concern

We need to create a template for future release notes.

Questions that need to be answered:

• Do we also need release notes for SDK?
• Do we need to link to release notes from the app?
• Or should release notes be embedded in the application?
• Does app need to display version number somewhere?
  • to help users match release notes to what they are running if release notes are not embedded in the application
