[REQUEST] Create a way for users to select and view available templates

Suggestion/Concern

We need to design how we are going to navigate templates as we implement more of them. This is related to #431 and #508.

Proposed Solution

Maybe just add a left nav and show the templates inside the right nav side like the other tabs?
