[REQUEST] Design secondary color groups

Suggestion/Concern

The goal of this issue is to design how a user could specify secondary color groups and demonstrate their values to the user. The secondary color groups would be used to define an accent color, an icon color and a title color in both light and dark mode. The idea is that an application may want to differentiate between types of data, documents, etc (perhaps as they relate to different organizations or different purposes) using these colors.
