[REQUEST] Design and implement displaying applicable WCAG guidelines

Suggestion/Concern

The goal of this issue is to design a UX around displaying applicable WCAG guidelines related to specific components/molecules. It should probably appear below the molecule display area, like where the "Generated Code" section currently exists, though alternate suggestions welcome. Implementation of the designs could also be done in this issue or under a new issue as appropriate. This is mostly to supply designers and developers context-based information about WCAG requirements as they pertain to different component types.
