FINOS SIG Leads are responsible for observing the FINOS guidelines for running project meetings. Project maintainers can find additional resources in the FINOS Maintainers Cheatsheet.
All participants in FINOS project meetings are subject to the LF Antitrust Policy, the FINOS Community Code of Conduct and all other FINOS policies.
FINOS meetings involve participation by industry competitors, and it is the intention of FINOS and the Linux Foundation to conduct all of its activities in accordance with applicable antitrust and competition laws. It is therefore extremely important that attendees adhere to meeting agendas, and be aware of, and not participate in, any activities that are prohibited under applicable US state, federal or foreign antitrust and competition laws. FINOS SIG meetings may be recorded for use solely by the FINOS team for administration purposes. In very limited instances, and with explicit approval, recordings may be made more widely available.

Discussion about Backstage.io
- Lots of interest from folks in DevOps Automation (aka DevOps Mutualization) SIG and from InnerSource perspective.
- DevOps Automation SIG next meeting tomorrow, Thursday features continuation of Backstage discussion. Check it out here: https://github.com/finos/devops-mutualization/issues/64
- Noted there is an opportunity to share code for Backstage Plugins if enough FS orgs interested in that.
- Attendees shared their own thoughts on tooling
- https://humanitec.com/ was discussed as alternative.
- Point was made it would be useful to learn why others have taken approach they have (particularly if building own solution).
Other planned activity is to move forwards on InnerSource case studies
- Objective to provide something that balances between useful information and high level enough to ensure quick sign-off through official channels.
