Update AdapTable with latest enhancements

Hey @andreifloricel ,

Did you know Sail is now on the web? I would love to see Adaptable work with it!

We'd need to update you npm version from whatever it is now to 2.2.0-beta.3 and use the getAgent() call to get ahold of the DesktopAgent?
