Importing more than 200 cards fails

Describe the bug Using the Set Import feature to import more than 200 cards fails

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable Developer Mode in CGS
2. Go to Cards Explorer and select Import Set of Cards
3. Select a folder with more than 200 cards
4. See that some cards load, but not all cards load

Expected behavior All cards should be loaded
