US companies do file their Q4 data separately. Instead they only file 10-K for the entire year. You will need to calculate the Q4 data yourself with that endpoint.

If you would like a more standardized version with Q4 pre-calculated, you can consider using https://finnhub.io/docs/api/financials instead.
