What's the frequency of new data updates on this endpoint? https://finnhub.io/docs/api/stock-candles I making rest calls here, I'd like to know how often I can do it to plot an chart in real time.

What's the endpoint that's updated most often? I need to know this to test websockets and plot another chart in real time.
