How do I query warrants (CCIV+) and units (CCIV=)?
What is the issue ? Plz describe in details
I would like to query warrants and units for ticker CCIV. In below query to https://finnhub.io/api/v1/search?q=cciv&token= you can see ticker is CCIV+ for warrants and CCIV= for units. I am not able to search for quotes for any of them.
https://finnhub.io/api/v1/quote?symbol=CCIV+&token= is returning only zeros. The same with CCIV=.
I have tried to url encode the ticker: https://finnhub.io/api/v1/quote?symbol=CCIV%2B&token= but this approach also only returns zeros.
I am able to query the warrant by using https://finnhub.io/api/v1/quote?symbol=CCIV-WT&token= but this is not the official ticker and I am not able to find something similar for the unit.
So my question is how to query for warrants and units?
How to reproduce the error ?
Use https://finnhub.io/api/v1/quote?symbol=CCIV+&token= to try to query warrant.
What is the expected result and why do you think it's the correct result ?
I would expect the ressource to provide correct values for warrants and units
