Fantastic upgrade to the map! I'd love to see it use the base map configuration set for the default kibana map (tilemap.url and tilemap.options.subdomains), or have it's own config values...
**Describe the feature**: Love the elastic search integration as the datastore for the output of Rally metrics. It would be great if Rally could also provide some sample kibana dashboards...
