Trying to figure out how to handle the POST for Canvas https://developers.facebook.com/docs/canvas/post/

Would be nice if it was included in the cookbook code.

I posted some of the modifications that I made on our app to make this happen. I'll try to get around to forking the cookbook and updating the code, but here is the post if someone else is looking for a solution in the meantime.
