Add functionality to change Access Point Port VLANs

Hi, I recently had to change the vlan settings on about 90 UAP-IWs, which was easily possible with this code based on your library. I'd be happy if you can merge this so it might hopefully be of use to somebody else one day. ;) Best Philip
