[Feature]: Addition of matrix rain (Hackers theme) wallpaper design using vanilla javascript

Feature proposal:

🐞 Came up with an idea to implement matrix rain using vanilla JavaScript after exploring famous live wallpapers. This version is inspired by stereotypical Hacking interface.

Implementation steps:

💡📋

• Using html5 for making a structural canvas on webpage
• Using css for basic interface design
• Vanilla.js to be used for transitioning phases and bringing the wallpaper to life => Live wallpaper schema

Goal:

🎯To implement such a famous UI design-based live wallpaper on a webpage using coding skills (Pure js)

Almost finished with structuring and code rendering. Working on code cleaning and fine tuning.
