Halloween Theme and Contributor Update

Problem The existing UI lacked a cohesive theme (in my opinion), and the contributor section was missing a profile(mine).

Solution I introduced a Halloween theme to the UI by modifying the color scheme and adding new design elements. Also, I updated the contributor section to include my profile.

Changes Proposed: HTML Bug Fixes:

Fixed issues in the structure of the index.html file to enhance page rendering and consistency. CSS Improvements:

Changed the color scheme to a more Halloween-inspired palette. Updated background colors, text colors, and hover effects to match the theme. Enhanced the visual experience for users by adding subtle transitions on hover effects. Contributor Section:

Added my profile to contributor.js to recognize my contributions. Other Changes: Refactored the CSS to improve clarity and maintainability. Ensured the design remains responsive across various screen sizes.
