Enhancement: Navbar should have social media icons only for better UX

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I noticed that the navbar contains text along with social media icons which does not look cool. It should have icons only for a neat and clean UX.

Describe the solution you'd like The navbar should contain only social media icons without any text.
