Sort out the wiki

I have bulk added the help files to the wiki, so that is now open for pull requests :) Currently full of references to FBAlpha and is out of date.

Makes a good first issue if anyone wants to contribute...

Be sure to clone this repository if you want to create any pull requests:

And they will be synced with the one at the project level (manually to start with, and then automatically eventually!)

as a follow-up, maybe rename all FBA instances in the code to mention FB Neo, as it might be referring as a derivative of FB Alpha.
