[Info] Link to Codeplex page is dead

The readme contains a link to a codeplex page, but try as I may, no links to codeplex seem to be functional anymore, and the apex domain forwards me to my regional variant of microsoft.com.

Is the codec/platform support information available anywhere else?

CodePlex used to be Microsoft's own open source development/repo host site, that they shut down in 2017, so that's probably why you're getting the redirect now.

Perhaps it's an idea to grab the old info from there and save the relevant text to a file within the repo?
