Should be nice to have two different minimal elevation of pass to capture satellite/ISS so it is possible to set NOAA to 45 degree elevation and ISS to 15 degree elevation.

Probably it would be easier to define (an optional) elevation in the satellite preference section (i.e., for each satellite you may want to define a separate elevation). This is doable.

Let's think what else we may want to have there.
