Upgrade Sentry to 7.x

Expected Behavior

@sentry/minimal is at the latest 7.x version

Current Behavior

@sentry/minimal is currently at 6.2.1

Possible Solution

Options include:

• Upgrading @sentry/minimal to 7.x per their upgrade guide
• Removing the Sentry integration entirely as described in https://github.com/filestack/filestack-js/issues/467 (which surfaces some other issues with it)

Context

Ultimately, this makes it difficult / impossible to upgrade Sentry in our upstream applications
