Feature: Show the tab or program preventing removable drive ejection
What's the Problem?
No response
Solution/Idea
When you want to eject a removable drive (USB Flash Drive, hard drive, etc.) sometimes the ejection gets blocked because some process keeps a file open. Files, just like plain Windows, informs the user of this, but does not tell which process (or processes) are holding the open file handles which prevent the drive ejection.
Feature request: Files should inform the user of which process is holding file handles that are preventing the drive ejection, in a similar manner as it currently informs of a process which prevents a file operation (move or delete).
Alternatives
Not sure which alternatives could be proposed...

Not completely sure about the priorities... Perhaps showing the files is also a must?

I think the process is enough for the user to be able to figure out what's preventing them from ejecting the drive.
@jdeloshoyos is this still an issue in 2.3.11 (stable release)?

Yes, it still is. This is the dialog that appears when trying to eject a drive with a Excel file open:
No hint of the program preventing the drive ejection. This is 2.3.11.0 (installed from Microsoft Store).
Asking @yaichenbaum for approval.
Merging with #11091
Oh no
That was already closed and merged into this
