Feature: Keep date and time copying files to an Android device

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Files (1.3) can not preserve the modified time for folders and files. When users use Android devices.

Describe the solution you'd like An example I have 1 folder and 1 file with this timestamp on Desktop

Date modified:

9/24/2016 1:28 AM

copy to Android 10/11 device

now it shows this timestamp in Files -> Android device

I don't want that. In Windows Explorer (Windows 10) it preserve the modified time when I do this task.

It preserve the modified time for files and folders for Android devices.

Additional context Here are general information.

Dear Files developers I know myself that Android system supports only Modified time.

There was never a support Created time. Because Linux system is generally more outdated than Windows system. I don't like Android devices, but they are the only mobile devices so far where the user has a little possibility to manage his created files/folders.
