Bug: Libraries folder (root) cannot be pinned

Description

Because I have been messing around with the Library Folder, I wanted a quicker way to access it, so I decided to Pin it to the Sidebar... however, found out that you cannot, despite the option available in the context menu. No matter how many times you click on it, the Libraries Folder will not pin to the sidebar.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Navigate to C:\Users\*Username*\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows and find the {Libraries} folder.
  2. Right-Click {Libraries} and select "Pin to Sidebar"
  3. {Libraries} doesn't appear on Sidebar, despite option being available everytime.
