Feature: Allow adding actions to the toolbar

What feature or improvement do you think would benefit Files?

I've noticed that you can start files in dual pane mode or by using action keyboard shortcuts

Would it be possible to 'user create' a button or menu item from an action for easy access ?

What I would like to do is open a horizontal pane and then remove it via 2 menu buttons rather than alt/shift/h for example

Requirements

User can add menu buttons for quick access Saves having to remember keyboard shortcuts
