Fix: Fixed an issue where execution via URI or alias could run different version of Files

Steps used to test these changes

Stability is a top priority for Files and all changes are required to go through testing before being merged into the repo. Please include a list of steps that you used to test this PR.

  1. Open stable and preview (and dev as well)
  2. Enable open in background
  3. Click task tray icon
  4. Check if correct version of Files opens

~IIRC "Files.exe" might also be encoded in the .reg file to set Files as default.~ Nope, it points to "Files.App.Launcher.exe"
