Find out what is causing the sound (is there a real error there also?) and fix it.

Not only the D key, but any key will make the sound. It seems a WinUI 3 issue. https://github.com/microsoft/microsoft-ui-xaml/issues/8554

@jefflord given this is an issue with the framework, we're going to close this issue in favor of the report on the WinUI repo. You can add a comment or click subscribe to be notified when Microsoft fixes the issue.
