503 status when requesting uploaded file.

Hi team! Our team have used Slate for serving NFT metadata.

Purpose

When requesting a file like get https://slate.textile.io/ipfs/_hash on our webpage, the request fails with 503 status code. I think, Textile may use CloudFlare DDOS protection solution and the solution may response 503. Is it a bug or Slate team's intend?

Deliverable

Textile have to response 200 ok to the requests like get https://slate.textile.io/ipfs/_hash on webpage.
