Add Plausible analytics as a test.

Analytics are handy, but they often come with a bunch of privacy-violating things like cookies and tracking and stuff (looking at you Google). We could try Plausible analytics. From their docs site:

We've already linked up lotus.filecoin.io to Plausible, and it's super easy. The analytics are also public and available here.
