Open Grant Proposal: Lotus UI - Web-interface for managing lotus.

Proposal for a simple web interface, running on the managing machine, to remotely manage and review the lotus processes.

Please note that I am unsure about any compensation - I'm already working on the software and will release it (open sourced) regardless. Added this PR as per suggestion.
