List of bots does not refresh

When deleting/creating new bots, from my experience (using Firefox primarily), I have to refresh the site to see updates to the list. Would be great to enable a button in the UI itself to reload the response for listing current bots.

Looks like the region list button, when pressed, will send a network request to fetch the existing daemons and populate the table. This happen regardless of button state. @dkkapur will report back the next time bots need to be created to let me know if just pressing the button again will resolve this issue.

@kylehuntsman confirming that clicking it did not work this time around :( at least not on Edge.
