Remove worker task TTReadUnsealed

The task was present in sector-storage repo. But it was removed when sector-storage became the part of Lotus. Fuhon code contains the task TTReadUnsealed. The task is to check that the task type is not used anymore and remove task type TTReadUnsealed and all dependend code.
