Boost v2 docs improvements

Add the following suggestions into Boost documentation

• [ ] All exposed ports and what they are used for - all security considerations
• [ ] Getting familiar with Boost UI - What each page contains and how to look up things
• [ ] How retrievals work - all 3 protocols showing where data comes from

Assigning to @ischasny for now. @brendalee are all of these still relevant? Maybe we should have a specific issue on yugabyte instructions documentation?

thanks @davidd8 - this is an older ticket with some nice to have documentation. I will create a new issue for yugabyte instructions additions that we'd like to add.
