This PR adds the Video Optimizer plugin to the Filament plugins directory.

Hi! I've updated both the author avatar and plugin image as requested:

  • Author avatar: Now using a 1:1 aspect ratio JPEG file (1000x1000+ pixels)
  • Plugin image: Replaced the basic screenshot with an improved image that better showcases the plugin's functionality

I've addressed all the feedback from last week:

✅ Updated author avatar to 1:1 aspect ratio JPEG (1000x1000+ pixels) ✅ Replaced the plugin image with an improved version that better showcases the plugin's functionality
