Ability to make a window float on top.

For example, with Xcode full-screen entering some password details I got in the mail.

I'd love to have the mail window stay on top of xcode because I have Xcode maximized (and shifting xcode to the left and right just doesn't make much sense.)

Hi,

This could be done only using an internal API. I would like to make the possibility of loading additional modules (so the app can still be available on appstore - not yet but hopefully soon).

What internal API could be leveraged to achieve this? I'm looking into potentially providing this functionality.
