Portrait monitor Shiftit UX is even worse

Portrait Shiftit used to allow you to hit down or up 2 times, which would snap the window => shrink the window a third. Then you could hit C which would center the window. Allowing a user to easily set up 3 stacked windows.

Since the last update I can't even figure out how to snap 3 windows stacked without using my mouse. The shrinking and inability to do 1/3 of bottom screen. I don't mind having - as shrink, but can we have down be 1/2 =>1/3 again? It was extremely convenient, my most used feature for the past 2 years.
