Create user stories, enabled from a Feature template

I want to create user stories from predefined templates for these user stories, which will be enabled by a specific Feature, created from a template.

Meaning, when I create a Feature and enable a template for that Feature, a series of user stories (which I have also created templates for), will created under that feature. Is this possible?
