Does Figma support batch copying all Code Connect components within a Frame? If not, is it feasible to develop a custom plugin using the Figma API to implement this functionality?

Currently this isn't possible, but we are looking into ways of leveraging capabilities like this - for example by exposing Code Connect via the Plugin API like you mentioned. I don't have more to share on that right now however
