Guidance on Code-Connecting React Text Components with Figma Typography Elements

Hi Figma team,

We're currently working with a set of React Text components (eg: TextLabel1, TextLabel2, TextCaption, etc) that are integral to our design system. However, in Figma, instead of having direct Text components, we use Typography elements. These elements utilize tokens or variables that modify their style to match our design specifications.

Given this setup, we're wondering if there is a recommended way to code-connect our React Text components with these Figma Typography elements.

Is there a way to establish a direct connection between these two, or would you recommend an alternative approach for integrating our Typography elements with Code Connect?
