Add a repair / reinstall all mods button

Could scarab have a "repair mods" / "reinstall mods" button That just reinstalls the latest version of all "installed" mods?

This would help mitigate the issues caused by manually modifying the folder/path where scarab thinks a mod should be installed but it isn't. would also be an acceptable way to solve #55

Maybe later, don't see a huge need for it with having landed a fix for #55 and related issues.
