Sometimes Scarab thinks a mod is up to date when it isn't

Not sure how to reproduce. But it means that users get MissingMethodExceptions and similar, and it's hard to tell which mod is out of date because Scarab thinks they are all in date.

Suggested band-aid solution (in lieu of actually solving the problem) would be a "force update all" button which updates all installed mods, even if Scarab thinks they're up to date.

Forgot to get around to this, do you know if by any chance it's from Update All? I would expect that to be it given we haven't had this issue previously afaik.

I doubt it - afaik this issue has been around for a while (certainly before the update all button was added). It's commonly observed because Scarab fails to update one of Rando's dependencies so it's possible it's just an issue with that, though I expect it would be less likely to be noticed if it's not a dependency failing to update.
